Return Airport Transfers - Private

We will require your EXACT flight & Hotel details upon booking including flight number, times and all passenger names. Without this we will not be able to confirm your booking.

Your driver will be waiting in the meeting area at Dubai International Airport with your name on a board to direct you to your vehicle so you don’t have to worry about a thing once you have reached your destination.

Burj Khalifa At The Top: 9AM-12.30PM

Your Burj Khalifa Ticket will be booked for the morning after your arrival in Dubai unless otherwise requested.

You will be booked on the 9am - 12.30pm slot as per live availability

Ticket Information

Inclusions: Entrance ticket to levels 125 + 124.

Exclusions: Hotel pick-ups/drop off. You will need to make your own way to the venue.

Entry Time: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled admission time. Please note that if you arrive 30 minutes or more past the scheduled time slot, you will liable for extra charges.

Recommended visit time: 1 hour 30 minutes approx.

IMPORTANT: The Burj Khalifa does not confirm tickets outside of a 28 day period and if your booking is for more than 28 days in advance of arrival you will receive a confirmation of your time within 28 days before your desired booking date. We will book a ticket for you between the set times selected depending on availability. This ticket is non-refundable once booked - 100% cancellation charges apply. No amendments are permitted. Please note, time slots are subject to changes and are at the venue’s discretion whether they are able to honour time slots for existing bookings.

Desert Safari Dubai (Soft Drinks)

Your desert safari will be booked in the evening after your Burj Khalifa visit unless otherwise requested

Ticket Information

Meeting Time: From 2.45pm however pick-up times vary depending on location. Please be at meeting point at least 15min before departure time. Pick up times and drop off times are approximate and subject to change. Client will need to contact resort office at least 24hrs prior to departure to reconfirm.

Meeting Point: You will be pick up from your hotel or a close centrally located meeting point (Not from far off hotels like Bab Al Shams Desert Resort and Spa, Al Maha Desert Resort and Spa).

Please Note: This excursion is based on a shared vehicle.

Drop off Time: 10PM Approx.

Duration: approx.6 HRS.

Additional Information:

• Tour not suitable for passengers with mobility problems (as Safari involves off-road driving through rugged country, pregnant women and passengers aged less than 6 or over 65 are not accepted or at clients own will & risk).
• Tours are subject to minimum numbers.
• Please note that the safari may not operate during the summer due to extreme weather conditions.
• Important Information: Please note that guests who are pregnant must inform us before travelling so that this is made aware of to the drivers as otherwise this could be dangerous given the nature of the excursion.
