- Electric wheelchairs are available to rent for the day (subject to availability) for approximately 20€ plus a 20€ deposit. For more information, please contact the park before your visit.

If you are taking a child between 4-11 years-old, please ensure you take some form of ID for proof of age, otherwise you may have to pay the adult price on admission to Oasis Park.

A free shuttle service is available from most major hotels. Coaches depart from the following resorts:
- Calesta de Fuste
- Costa Calma
- Jandia
- Corralejo
- Esquinzo
- Tarajalejo and Las Playitas
- El Cotillo and Majanicho
For the areas of Jandia, Esquinzo and Costa Calma there are two return buses
For the areas of Calesta de Fuste, Corralejo and others, the return shuttle departs at 5.30pm.
