Booking and Delivery

Once you have found an experience on AttractionTix that you can’t wait to enjoy, all you have to do is follow these simple steps:
- Select the date you wish to visit
- Select how many people you want to book tickets for
- Click the ‘Book Tickets’ button
- You will be taken to your shopping basket. This is where you check the details of your booking, or can continue shopping.
- Once you are happy with your selections, click the “Check Out Securely” button
- Enter your payment details
- Pay and confirm your order
Please make a note of your booking reference number; your e-ticket will then be immediately sent to you via email. Some experiences require confirmation from our suppliers; if this is the case you will receive your e-ticket within 48 hours.
No, we can only accept bookings for UK/Ireland customers.
Most of our tickets can only be purchased 1-4 days in advance, see ‘When are you going’ calendar. If the date you want is blocked out, we can not offer a ticket for that particular date.
AttractionTix believe in confirming your booking instantly. However for some of our products we need to contact our suppliers to check the availability status. These particular attractions may need to be confirmed by the AttractionTix team. If your e-ticket shows 'Awaiting Supplier Confirmation', your booking will need confirming by our supplier and this may take up to 48 hours.
Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you your e-ticket, this will be re-sent to you by email.
A booking confirmation can take up to 48 hours.
Check junk folder first, if not received you can reissue your ticket on website. If it still doesn’t come through, then call us as email address might be incorrect.
If you paid with Paypal, the tickets will be sent to your Paypal email address. Some tickets require supplier confirmation and can take up to 48 hours to get confirmed.
Once you have booked online, your booking is confirmed. However in some cases, the local supplier might ask you to reconfirm the booking when you have arrived at the destination, by calling them one or two days before the experience date. All of this information including supplier name and telephone can be seen on your e-ticket underneath the ‘Notes’ section.
About Your Tickets
Yes, all tickets need to be printed unless stated otherwise.
Most tours that include transportation require confirmation from the supplier in resort. Your pick up location/time will be printed on your voucher once the booking is confirmed, or you will need to ring once in resort to confirm pick up details with the supplier direct.
Once you have booked an experience with AttractionTix you will receive an email confirming your booking. Attached to this email will be your e-ticket. Your e-ticket is an important document which is proof of purchase for your experience.
You will need to print off your e-ticket and it is essential that you take the e-ticket to your experience!
Important: Please make sure you check all the details on your e-ticket are correct before printing it off. If you find any mistakes on your e-ticket, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Services team.
If you don’t have a printer, don’t worry we are here to help.
You can forward the email containing your e-ticket to another email address, where that computer has access to a printer. (i.e. a work email) If you don’t have any way of printing your e-ticket, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Services team, who will help resolve this problem for you.
YES, the supplier who is providing your experience requires valid photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license. This is required to protect your purchase with AttractionTix.
If your e-ticket is lost or stolen (providing it has not already been redeemed) we can cancel it and provide a replacement e-ticket. There is a £10 administration charge for this service.
Payment and Privacy
Currently we accept payments using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo.
AttractionTix use 256bit encryption to send and receive card details through our servers and also to the bank. We do not store your card number or your security details; these are transmitted to the bank only.
AttractionTix does its best to maintain a safe and secure website and database system; we will not sell your details to third parties and will only use your details for our own legitimate business purposes.
Discounts and Special Offers
To keep you informed of any of our great special offers please opt into our newsletters, which will let you be entertained at great prices. You can sign up to our newsletter from any page of the website using the link in the footer.
We do not offer discount/free tickets for disability/carers. You will need to enquire with the individual attraction providers directly.
