Q: How are seats assigned for Drawn to Life?
When you book your tickets, you'll be designated seats in the category of the theatre you select. The box office will allocate the best available seats within that category.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
Once your tickets are fully paid for, you'll receive an e-ticket via email. You can either show these tickets on your smartphone at the entry or print them out and present them at the door.
Q: What are the age requirements for children?
Children aged 3-9 years qualify for a child ticket. Kids aged 2 years and under can attend for free, but they must sit on their parent's lap.
Q: Can I cancel or amend my ticket booking?
Once your Drawn to Life tickets are booked, they are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or amended.
