Participant guidelines:

• Minimum age: 12 (Children under 16 must be accompanied by a supervising adult). 
• Not suitable for those with heart conditions
• Elements of the room can be dark, claustrophobic and atmospheric
• The experience is unsuitable for wheelchair users
• Pregnant woman can participate
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability:

• Your voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. Please be sure to book and use it before the expiry date shown.
• Your voucher is valid for use on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for both morning and afternoon timeslots. Some date exclusions may apply.
• We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Please allow 1 hour for the full experience (includes registration and briefing)
