Royal Swim VIP:
- Transport from the marina to the Isla Mujeres Dolphinarium (by boat)

You’ll be greeted by your dolphin with a handshake and a kiss on the cheek (they expect the same in return!) then hold on tight for a speedy belly ride through the warm Caribbean waters – an unforgettable experience.
One of the most exciting dolphin experiences is the foot-push where these magnificent creatures demonstrate their strength by speeding you through the water by the soles of your feet!
Be prepared to fall in love as you enjoy free time to frolic and play with the dolphins who’ll leave you with a lasting impression of their playful nature, intelligence and warmth.
Companion Tickets: If you don’t want to swim with dolphins but would like to accompany a dolphin swim participant, the Companion Ticket includes the boat journey from the marina in Cancun to Isla Mujeres, lunch and bar and use of facilities such as pools, showers and lockers.

Swim Times:
Your swim time will be displayed on your e-ticket. Please ensure that you arrive 30 minutes before your Dolphin Swim time.

Isla Mujeres Dolphinarium.
Transport:
- For Swim with Dolphin Programs, check-in is at KM. 5 Playa Langosta, Cancun Hotel Zone
- Important: From 19th August 2019 until 10th November 2019 this tour will depart from Playa Langosta (Boulevard Kukulcán km 5 of Cancun Hotel Zone).
- You must arrive with at least 30 minutes prior to the ferry departure.
Restrictions:
- The minimum age to take part in the Royal Swim VIP is 8 years. Kids aged 8-9 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- For all other swims the minimum age is 1 year old.
- Children aged 1 - 7 years must be accompanied by at least 2 paying adults
- Children aged 8 - 9 years must be accompanied by 1 paying adult
- Children aged 10 years or older (or taller than 1.40m) may participate in the swim on their own
- For safety reasons, pregnant women may not participate.
- Participants must be in good health with the ability to understand instructions from the dolphin trainer.
- Please use only biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine life.
Clothing:
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring a hat or cap, sunglasses and swimwear.
Extra Items Required:
It is recommended to bring biodegradable sunblock, towels, a change of clothing and extra money for video or photos.
Guide:
Guides speak English and Spanish.
